1 orange peeled, but with pith left on

1 lemon, peeled

2 carrots

1/2 beetroot and tops

2 stalks celery, leaves removed

1 handful mixed fresh herbs, chopped basil, mint, lemon, thyme

5 oz. blueberries or blackberries

5 oz. raspberries

1/2 inch fresh ginger root

1 grapefruit with white pith
