Savor the refreshing coolness of this water.
Lemon, mint, and cucumber provide vitamin C, and antioxidants, boost digestion, alkalize, detoxify the body, and may help in weight loss. Adding ginger and turmeric is a great addition in taste as well as helping to reduce inflammation.
Lemon

Mix all ingredients to your taste. You can make it in one serving or make it in a pitcher.

Apple Cider Detox Recipe
Every morning upon waking up or before breakfast.
You can consume this detox 1-3 times a day. I recommend starting with only AM and then adding before bed.
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons or 1/2 to a whole squeezed lemon
½–1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, or ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Directions
Warm the water
Mix all ingredients.
Drink and think about all the wonderful benefits.
Liver Flush and Gallbladder Cleanse
Filtering toxins and gallstones
Everyone has gallstones, some with symptoms, others don’t have any symptoms at all.
Helps to improve digestion, metal and chemical detoxification, food intolerances, and even some pains.
This flush can be done every few weeks. Most common is once every three months to once a year.
If your body is new to this, drink organic apple juice 1-3 days before starting the flush.
Ingredients:
Epsom Salt
Lemon and/or grapefruit
Olive Oil
Directions: Follow exactly as instructed
Eat a low-fat breakfast and lunch
Do not eat or drink after 2:00 pm
At 2:00 pm, mix 4 Tablespoons of Epsom Salts in 3 cups of water, pouring all this into a jar and refrigerate
At 6:00 pm, drink 3/4 cup of this mixture
At 8:00 pm, drink another 3/4 cup of this mixture
Be sure to complete all your activities before 9:45 pm
At 9:45 PM, pour 1/2 cup of virgin olive oil into a jar. Squeeze an entire grapefruit (averaging to 1/2 cup) into the jar as well
Close the jar, and shake it very hard until it’s mixed very well
At 10 pm, drink this mixture. Try to get it all down by 5 mins or so. A straw is optional if it helps
Go to bed immediately after drinking. Lay on your right side, with your right knee up for 15-20 minutes. Stay still, and try not to move at all. Get comfortable and sleep
Some may need to go to the bathroom before bed, that’s okay
Drink a 3rd dose of your 3/4 cup Epsom salt. You can go back to sleep afterwards, (best to take 3rd dose at 6:00 am)
Two hours later, take the last dose of Epsom salt
Wait two more hours to eat. Start with liquids and fresh fruit
Don’t be surprised… You will have green or brownish stones come out the size of a pea! Through the morning, the more flushing, and the more clear it will get.
