Let me give you a sneak peek into why I created this hub of health, guidance, and treatment—and why you’ve landed in the perfect place.
It all began back in 2000 when I embarked on a journey filled with numerous health challenges—a journey that lasted until 2019, nearly two decades in total.
After 19 years of grappling with symptoms, disorders, toxins, and baffling bodily issues, I finally uncovered the answers that no one seemed willing to provide. And you know what? I hit the jackpot.
This journey taught me to lean fully on God’s divine healing and the natural resources He created—using foods, plants, and His wisdom to walk toward true wellness. Through prayer and surrender, I found guidance, clarity, and the tools to take back control of my health. I discovered that real healing comes from aligning with God's design for the body and living in harmony with what He intended.
Along the way, I began making my own products—pure, intentional creations for myself and my family, using only the cleanest ingredients. I didn’t just look for what was effective, but for ingredients with multiple benefits and healing properties. As others began using what I made and experiencing real results, they encouraged me to share it with more people. And I knew in my heart—it was time.
Owning Your Body was born out of that passion—not just to offer clean, purpose-driven products, but to be a voice for those who are searching, hurting, or simply fed up with the harmful ingredients allowed in so many everyday items. This shop is my way of helping others take ownership of their health the way I did—through faith, truth, and intentional living.
